All offers on the website www.ma-arndorfer.at are subject to change and non-binding. Orders and assignments to Arndorfer Martin and co-workers. are subject to the general terms and conditions below. Valid and binding declarations will only be made in writing. We only sell our alcoholic beverages to people over 18 years old. By placing the order in the online shop at www.ma-arndorfer.at, you confirm that you are over the minimum age of 18 years.

 

PRICING / BUSINESS AREA

Our prices are (unless explicitly stated otherwise) in euros for final consumers, including all taxes and duties. For legal reasons, we ship/deliver exclusively to Austria and Germany by parcel service or forwarding agency or exclusively by prior agreement through direct delivery to Vienna, Upper Austria and Salzburg or in the Strass area within a radius of 20 km.

Self-collection is possible by prior arrangement.

 

We reserve the right not to accept orders with delivery addresses outside Austria.

 

DELIVERY MODELS

We usually ship your order from our winery within 2-3 working days. If delivery times are longer, we will contact you and we will certainly find a solution together. Additional costs for express and express shipments are borne by the recipient and will be agreed upon separately by us.

 

Our delivery obligations and deadlines are suspended as long as the buyer is in arrears with payment of even one invoice. Shipping costs / self-collection Please note the information on shipping costs and minimum order quantities, which will be displayed to you during the ordering process and will be added to the total value of the goods.

 

There is also the option of free self-collection from our company address. If you pick it up yourself, there are of course no shipping costs. The actual shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the online shop after entering your shipping address. You will also automatically be given the option of self-collection.

 

PAYMENT

Invoices are payable promptly without deductions when the goods are handed over. Orders in the online shop can be paid either in advance or by Paypal or credit card. Paypal and credit card payments are processed exclusively through the Paypal Bank service. Arndorfer Martin and co-workers. does not store your credit card details at any time. The goods remain our property until full payment. We reserve the right to charge reminder fees and late fees for unpaid invoices.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding the taste and quality of the content. For complaints regarding delayed, non-performing or incorrect deliveries, please contact us using the contact form. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled at any time free of charge in the customer profile. If you did not create a customer profile during the ordering process, please simply send us the order confirmation with a corresponding note. Orders that have already been dispatched can be returned to us within the statutory deadlines in an unopened and undamaged condition. We will refund the value of the goods you have paid to an account specified by you upon receipt of the correct goods. Please note that unfortunately we cannot cover the return shipping costs.

WITHDRAWAL, RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Weingut Franz Netzl GmbH of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (letter, fax, email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in a timely manner.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees due to this repayment. Arndorfer Martin and Mitges. can refuse repayment until he has received the goods back.
